Gladney and other adoption agencies have advocated in Rwanda to encourage the requirement of post placement reports on adoptive children as a way for the government to monitor the children placed and ensure that they have successful transitions. We are excited to share this recent news report and hope to see more follow-up and accountability implemented in the future.
